This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and boundaries for using WindowsVPS.pk services. All customers must comply with this policy at all times. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice and without refund. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.
WindowsVPS.pk operates a zero-tolerance policy on network abuse, illegal activity, and actions that endanger our infrastructure or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service immediately, without prior notice, and without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred.
Any violation of this AUP results in immediate suspension or termination. No warning is required. No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided. All data on the terminated service will be permanently deleted. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
You may not use WindowsVPS.pk services for any activity that is illegal under Pakistani law, international law, or the law of the jurisdiction where the server is located.
Spamming and phishing are strictly prohibited. Any VPS found sending spam, hosting phishing pages, or participating in network attacks will be terminated immediately without warning.
Bulk unsolicited email (UBE), SMS spam, comment spam, social media spam, forum spam, review spam, or any mass messaging not explicitly opted-in by every recipient. One confirmed spam incident = immediate termination.
Fake login pages, credential harvesting, brand impersonation, deceptive URLs, fake payment forms, or any attempt to steal personal information through deception. Reported to authorities.
Launching, coordinating, or participating in denial-of-service attacks from our infrastructure. Hosting booter/stresser services, IP stressers, or DDoS-for-hire tools. Amplification attacks using DNS, NTP, or memcached.
Unauthorized access attempts, vulnerability scanning of systems you don't own, distributing malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, exploit kits, rootkits, keyloggers, or operating botnets/C2 servers.
Password cracking, credential stuffing, dictionary attacks, or any automated login attempt against systems you do not own. Includes SSH, RDP, FTP, and web application attacks.
Scanning, probing, or enumerating ports, services, or vulnerabilities on networks or systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to test.
All plans include fair CPU usage. Your VPS runs on shared host nodes alongside other customers. While RAM and storage are dedicated, CPU time is shared. Sustained abuse of CPU or network resources that degrades other customers' performance is a violation of this AUP.

Sending unsolicited bulk email ("spam") from our infrastructure is strictly prohibited. This includes email sent from your VPS directly, through an SMTP relay, or through any third-party service using our IP addresses.
No mass marketing email, purchased/scraped email lists, cold email campaigns, or messages to recipients who have not explicitly opted in to receive email from you.
Password resets, order confirmations, invoices, system notifications, and other transactional messages to your own users/customers are permitted at reasonable volumes.
If we receive spam complaints (Spamhaus, SpamCop, abuse reports) about your VPS, the service will be terminated immediately. One confirmed spam complaint is sufficient.
Outbound SMTP (port 25) may be blocked by default on some plans to prevent spam. Contact support if you have a legitimate need for outbound email capability.
WindowsVPS.pk uses a combination of automated monitoring, abuse reports, and manual review to detect policy violations. Our enforcement response depends on the severity of the violation.

We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking action. Critical and high-severity violations result in immediate action without any prior notice. We are not required to provide evidence of the violation to the customer. Our internal monitoring data is authoritative. No refund, credit, or compensation is provided for services suspended or terminated due to AUP violations.
If you believe a WindowsVPS.pk customer is violating this AUP, you can report the abuse through the following channels. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
When reporting abuse, include the IP address involved, the type of abuse, timestamps (with timezone), and any supporting evidence (logs, headers, screenshots). We respond to all abuse reports promptly.
As an unmanaged service, you are responsible for securing your VPS. If your server is compromised and used for spam, phishing, DDoS, or any other prohibited activity — you are still responsible, even if you did not initiate the abuse.
Use strong, unique passwords for Administrator/root access. Change default passwords immediately. Enable 2FA where available.
Configure Windows Firewall or iptables. Block unnecessary ports. Restrict RDP/SSH access to known IPs where possible.
Install Windows updates, patch applications, and keep all software current. Unpatched systems are the most common attack vector.
Monitor for unusual activity — high CPU, unknown processes, unexpected network traffic, unfamiliar user accounts. A compromised VPS is still your responsibility.
WindowsVPS.pk reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
